From 7–9 September, our EP co-workers gathered for a refreshing and meaningful time away together at our annual Co-Workers' Retreat.

This year's retreat theme, "Made in God's Image", set the tone for our time together — a reminder that God's work is never done alone, and that we are called to serve one another with the gifts and wisdom He has given us.

A highlight of the retreat was a session on Stephen Driscoll's book Made in Our Image: God, Artificial Intelligence and You, which explores how Scripture equips us to think biblically about AI — through the framework of Creation, Sin, the Cross, and the New Creation. It was a timely and thought-provoking discussion on how the church can engage wisely with the rapid rise of AI in our world today.

Beyond the learning, co-workers enjoyed rich fellowship, rest, and mutual encouragement — a reminder of how blessed we are as an EP family to serve together across our 15 churches.

We thank God for a fruitful and joyful retreat, and for every co-worker who took time away to be refreshed and equipped. Do keep our pastors and church leaders in your prayers as we continue to discern how to help one another and serve the times we are in.
